This renovation encompassed demolition, striping, concrete, steel, storefront, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, finishes, refrigeration, and MEP systems. The space features a wine education room, restrooms, offices, vestibule, and stockroom.

Refrigeration

Key elements include a wine cellar constructed as a cooler box with refrigeration, a walk-in beer cooler with refrigeration, and a climate-controlled cigar humidor equipped with humidity controls, atomizer fan, and a ceiling-recessed heat pump.

Facade

Facade improvements involved cleaning, painting, relocating downspouts, installing lighting, vinyl signage, bollards, a concrete delivery ramp with handrails, EIFS infill, storefront window film, and new sliding glass doors.
