This new store includes a stone‑and‑stucco facade with clock tower, full kitchen/BOH systems, and extensive refrigeration. Departments span prepared foods, bakery, produce, dairy, and more. The 13‑acre site requires grading, utilities, retaining wall, 700‑space lot, and landscaping.

This new eight-bay auto service building was constructed with concrete footings/slab, structural steel, CMU, brick veneer, EIFS, ACM panels, storefront, and canopies. Interiors feature overhead doors, finishes, and MEPs. Site work included grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.

This project included ground-up shell buildings for future mixed-use tenants and consists of four (4) one- or two-story steel-framed structures. The extensive site work package consisted of grading, pavers, landscaping, lighting, retaining wall, curbs, fencing, parking lot, and steel entry feature.

These projects included ground‑up builds featuring new steel structures with a mix of brick and wainscot, metal panels, and storefront systems. Renovation work typically involved concrete reinforcement, roof repairs, millwork, light-gauge metal framing, drywall, FRP, ACT, paint, wall coverings, polished concrete, operable partitions, and complete MEP and HVAC system upgrades. The back-of-house scope featured a chef‑quality kitchen with epoxy flooring and coordination of kitchen equipment installation. Each location features a large arcade and gaming areas, a restaurant, and a state‑of‑the‑art sports bar.

A former nail salon was renovation into a beauty institute which included demo, replacement of a three-elevation slab with a single-level slab, partitions, finishes, and MEP upgrades to support wash stations, and salon stations. Facade improvements were also a part of the work.

Rycon served as design-builder for this renovation, which included demolition, floor leveling, new finishes, walls, ceilings, fixtures, MEP, and HVAC systems. Exterior work involved storefront updates, concrete at the receiving area, delivery doors, and a canopy.

These projects consisted of one new shell and (3) interior fit-outs. The shell included site work, CMU and steel structure, EIFS, TPO roof, and wave-inspired signage. Interior work featured a custom pool with mechanical systems, restrooms, reception, finishes, and MEPs.

Rycon was responsible for the conversion of empty former retail spaces into new Burlington stores. This renovations primarily consisted of interior demolition, new storefront entries, loading docks, MEP system upgrades, new elevators and escalators, interior partitions, installation of AHUs, and finishes. Some work also included core/shell reconfiguration, site utilities, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades.

Construction of these ground-up buildings incorporated either pre-engineered metal building systems or conventional structural steel framing. The structures house auto service/repair bays, merchandising, storage, and customer waiting/sales areas. The majority of the scope also included site work, sidewalks, parking lots, and retaining walls.
