Wegmans Cranberry Township

This new store includes a stone‑and‑stucco facade with clock tower, full kitchen/BOH systems, and extensive refrigeration. Departments span prepared foods, bakery, produce, dairy, and more. The 13‑acre site requires grading, utilities, retaining wall, 700‑space lot, and landscaping.

Circle K Venice

This new store was built with concrete caissons, slab, aluminum storefront, EIFS, brick veneer, masonry walls, insulated panels, prefab wood trusses, TPO roof, and clay tiles. The scope included a walk-in cooler, MEP systems, and site work. Fuel work was coordinated with the Owner.

ALDI Renovations & Expansions

Projects included renovations to existing ALDI stores, with new tower-style storefront and building expansions, as well as conversions of former Winn-Dixie supermarkets into new ALDI stores. All projects involved demo, MEP and HVAC upgrades, storefront enhancements, and new finishes.

ALDI Aventura #291

This project converted a grocery store into a new ALDI and adjacent tenant space, including interior renovations, MEP upgrades, and storefront modifications. This is the only ALDI in the U.S. to feature finishes such as wood paneling, stainless steel accents, and embossed aluminum panels.

ALDI Jensen Beach #308

This project converted a former grocery store into a new ALDI with upgrades to an adjacent vacant tenant space. Work included selective demolition, interior build-out with MEP system upgrades, refrigeration coordination, and exterior facade improvements.

The Fresh Market #257 Seminole

An existing store was renovated for The Fresh Market with deli, meat/seafood, produce/floral, and bakery, plus coolers and freezers. Back-of-house work included prep, receiving, and equipment platform. Exterior upgrades included a grease trap, recycling, sanitary service, and rooftop units.

An existing 33,500 sf housewares store was selectively demolished and built-out with new food prep areas, kitchen, storage, and multiple coolers and freezers. Exterior upgrades included a grease trap, recycling bins, RTUs, and condensing units.

An existing store was selectively demolished and built-out. Back-of-house work included food prep area, kitchen, a cooler and freezer for meat/seafood, and additional coolers. Exterior items included a receiving platform, grease trap, storefront, RTU’s, and condensing unit.

ALDI Boynton Beach #2558

This project involved a conversion of an existing grocery store into a new ALDI. Work included selective demo, new framing, drywall, coordination of coolers and freezer installation, flooring, ACT grid ceilings, paint, front-of-house millwork, restroom accessories, and MEP upgrades.
