What services does Rycon Provide?

Rycon provides general contracting, construction management, preconstruction, service work, and program management services. We support projects from early planning through closeout, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and execution across both individual projects and multi-site programs. We also have an Architectural Finishes and Specialty Fabrication company, Craftworks USA.

What delivery methods does Rycon offer?

We deliver projects through lump sum, GMP, and construction management approaches, depending on the project and client goals. We also support design-build and program-based delivery where multiple projects are managed under a single strategy.

Does Rycon self-perform any work?

Yes, in select regions Rycon self-performs rough and finish carpentry, concrete, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and selective demolition. Our Architectural Finishes and Specialty Fabrication company, Craftworks USA, also designs, fabricates, ships, and installs projects nationwide.

Where does Rycon operate?

Rycon operates throughout the United States, with offices in key markets and the ability to support projects nationwide. We focus on regions where we have strong subcontractor relationships and can effectively support ongoing programs.
