From Rycon’s humble beginnings in Pittsburgh in 1989 as a three person operation started by Todd Dominick and Bill Caste, the company has grown into a national firm completing over $1.26 billion annually across nine offices and multiple market sectors. Today, the Pittsburgh office is led by Co-Presidents, Lou Ferraro and Stephen Kosmer, continuing to build on that legacy with a focus on quality and performance.
