Pittsburgh Int’l Airport Multi-Modal Complex

The terminal spans 845,000 sf and includes airline operations, ticketing, baggage claim, security, and concessions. A five-level garage offers 4,300 spaces, with additional surface parking for 2,700 vehicles. Rycon also completed a 28,800 sf airline fit-out for 10 carriers.

Wegmans Cranberry Township

This new store includes a stone‑and‑stucco facade with clock tower, full kitchen/BOH systems, and extensive refrigeration. Departments span prepared foods, bakery, produce, dairy, and more. The 13‑acre site requires grading, utilities, retaining wall, 700‑space lot, and landscaping.

Christian Brothers Automotive New Builds

These ground-up automotive care facilities showcase exteriors consisting of wood fascia, decorative limestone trim, and brick veneer. Each location houses up to 10 auto service and repair bays with office wings holding lunch/workroom, manager’s office, toilet room, tech area, and reception/waiting room. Site work included permeable concrete paving, bio-detention pond, landscaping, and irrigation.

HCAA GA Security Upgrades VDF, TPF & PCM

Security upgrades were made at Tampa Executive (VDF), Peter O. Knight (TPF) and Plant City (PCM) including access control systems, CCTV replacements, fencing, gates, and infrastructure improvements. Work at all three airports was done mostly simultaneously for efficient execution.

3 Crossings Mixed-Use Development

Rycon constructed new buildings within Oxford’s expansive mixed-use development. Projects included flex office buildings, enclosed parking garages, a 300-unit luxury apartment complex, new roads, and plazas. An adaptive reuse project converted a three-bay warehouse into two three-story office buildings centered around an open-air courtyard. Rycon also delivered a new six-story office building with subgrade parking and an open plaza. Additional work included tenant fit-outs and renovations. All buildings received LEED Silver or Gold Certifications and Rycon self-performed concrete and architectural woodwork.

Dave & Buster’s New Builds & Renovations

These projects included ground‑up builds featuring new steel structures with a mix of brick and wainscot, metal panels, and storefront systems. Renovation work typically involved concrete reinforcement, roof repairs, millwork, light-gauge metal framing, drywall, FRP, ACT, paint, wall coverings, polished concrete, operable partitions, and complete MEP and HVAC system upgrades. The back-of-house scope featured a chef‑quality kitchen with epoxy flooring and coordination of kitchen equipment installation. Each location features a large arcade and gaming areas, a restaurant, and a state‑of‑the‑art sports bar.

Penn State University Altoona Oak Residence Hall Restrooms

The project upgraded six restrooms across two floors with accessible pod-style bathrooms. Renovations addressed hazardous materials, improved mechanical systems, and added rooftop air units. Precon services were provided and work was completed on a fast-track summer schedule.

Trinity Middle School Additions & Alterations

This project included a three-story addition with a gym classrooms, kitchen, and cafeteria, plus upgrades to the existing pool and playground. A second addition featured an indoor turf field. Completed in six phases, work included selective demo, MEP upgrades, and site work.
