Project Scope

Renovation
A former vacant home store was converted into a new Total Wine. This renovation encompassed demolition, concrete, structural steel, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, finishes, refrigeration, and MEP systems. The space features a wine education room, restrooms, offices, vestibule, and stockroom.
Refrigeration
Specialty elements include a wine cellar constructed as a cooler box with refrigeration, a walk-in beer cooler with refrigeration, and a climate-controlled cigar humidor equipped with humidity controls, atomizer fan, and a ceiling-recessed heat pump.
Facade Upgrades
Exterior improvements included facade cleaning, painting, EIFS, storefront glazing, window film, new signage, and automatic sliding glass doors.
