This project included ground-up shell buildings for future office, medical, retail, and restaurant tenants.
Project Scope
Multi-Building
This development consists of four (4) one- or two-story steel-framed structures. Buildings 1 and 2 are identical one-story structures, each 9,600 sf with outdoor dining areas. Building 3 is a two-story structure featuring a 2,000 sf open-air covered plaza at its center. Building 4 is a smaller, single-story building.
Site Work
The extensive site work package consisted of grading, pavers, decorative aggregate concrete, landscaping, benches, brick columns, lighting, bollards, retaining wall, curbs, fencing, parking lot, and decorative steel entry feature.
