Rycon was the design-builder for this new self-storage project within the Maui Research & Technology Park.
Project Scope
Multi-Building
A total of 353 lockers are spread throughout four (4) single-story drive-up buildings.
Climate-Controlled
The climate-controlled structures are comprised of structural steel and cold form load bearing wall framing with split-face block, EIFS, and metal roofing. Work consisted of utilities, concrete, MEP systems, and interior finishes.
