Ground-Up
This new convenience store was constructed with concrete caissons, concrete slab, aluminum storefront, EIFS, brick veneer, masonry walls, structural insulated panel wall system, prefabricated wood trusses, TPO roof, and clay roof tiles.

Site Work
Work consisted of a 900 sf walk-in cooler, a cold vault, restrooms, sales area, associated condensers, MEP systems, and site work including grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
Fuel Coordination
Rycon coordinated all fuel-related work directly with the Owner to ensure a smooth execution.
