Project Scope

Renovation
This project involved a conversion of an existing grocery store into a new ALDI with improvements to an adjacent vacant tenant space. Work began with demolition of existing fixtures, RTUs, signage, canopies, plumbing, and doors.
Infrastructure
Interior construction included new framing, drywall, slab repairs, and steel reinforcement, along with installation of a new interior storefront. The scope included coordination of coolers and freezer installation, condenser racks, and new RTUs, wall insulation, flooring, ACT grid ceilings, paint, front-of-house millwork, restroom accessories, and MEP upgrades.
Facade Upgrades
Exterior improvements to the facade included a new masonry door opening, masonry infill, patching and surface preparation, painting, and pavement striping.
