Project Scope

Ground-Up

This new log cabin features custom 8-inch hemlock logs which Rycon was responsible for cutting and placing together. Other exterior custom work included the hemlock stairs, log rafters, lighting, rackets for the sconces, and window fixtures.

Fireplace

The luxury interior features a 30-foot stone fireplace with custom mantle and limestone hearth, radiant heat, light boxes, and whole-home audio.

Backup Power

Additional work included a new separate barn and generator with custom enclosure.
