High-Rise
Rycon was the construction manager for this new 16-story 260,000 sf high-rise apartment. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure consists of a podium, residential tower, and penthouse with open air mechanical space.

Holding 168 units with 509 beds, amenities include group study rooms, a gallery, third floor terrace, fitness center, and rooftop sky lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows.
