Climate-Controlled
The climate-controlled structure is made up of CMU, structural steel framing with brace frame grid system, metal cladding, and drywall. Exterior finishes consist of EIFS, brick veneer, storefront glass panels, metal coping, and metal canopies.
Site Work
The scope included site work, concrete, and associated HVAC and MEP systems.
