Project Scope

Circ Weld Factory
The Circ Weld project included a high-bay pre-engineered metal building and a low-bay pre-engineered metal lean to structure. Classified as F-2 Low-Hazard Factory Industrial, the high-bay building’s function is the final assembly of steel monopile foundations for offshore wind turbines. The low-bay portion houses support functions for the factory.
Paint & Blast PEMB
The Paint & Blast Building is a pre-engineered structure with two paint bays and a center support bay.
Site Development
Site prep work included new sanitary, storm, and utility infrastructure to support the manufacturing buildings in the operational area.
