This 4,500 sf addition to the school’s carpentry and auto tech labs for a paint booth, mix lab, and air compressor space. The new building features structural steel, masonry, and metal panels. Work included a 6,000 sf renovation of the auto collision lab and classrooms with MEP upgrades.

Rycon led the renovation as the design-builder. Work included selective demo, cabinetry/countertops, acoustical ceiling, new lighting, power/data, HVAC upgrades, and finishes. The spaces included swing space/flexible lab, storage areas, break room, lobby, mechanical, and IT space.

This interactive exhibit features a two‑story go‑kart track, race car gallery, F1 simulator, and event space. Work included VE, demo, MEP upgrades, coordination with the track vendor, and restaurant with epoxy flooring, bar, and BOH. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated custom millwork.

This two-story LEED Silver facility features labs, classrooms, and offices. Specialized labs include fluid dynamics, circuits, VR, 3D printing, designed for hands-on learning and collaboration. The structure is built on helical piles with a steel frame and grade beam foundation.

Since 2019, Rycon has completed interior and exterior upgrades at this children’s museum on Miami’s Watson Island. Work included a new lighted entrance canopy and walkway, upgraded windows, doors, landscaping, and outdoor features, along with a prefabricated guardhouse. Interior renovations added fast-track gallery upgrades, including a Construction Zone exhibit and a Safety Zone exhibit.

Rycon delivered this new LEED Certified building using a fast-track, design-build approach. The building holds data storage, networking capabilities, and a parking garage. The site features anti-climb steel fence with CCTV’s, and a robust security system.

Upgrades achieved USP 797/USP 800 compliance under a fast-track schedule mandated by the PA Board of Pharmacy. Work included HVAC improvements for air changes and pressurization, hygienic floor and wall finishes for cleanrooms, and phasing to maintain operations.

This new cannabis cultivation facility was constructed with a steel frame, insulated metal panel skin, and split-face masonry. Rycon installed dehumidifiers, fans, HPS lighting, green LED night lighting, benching systems, and drip irrigation lines. Speed to market was a priority.

This three-story R&D office includes labs, prototyping space, and auto workshop. The first floor features a, conference room, car wash, assembly area, and garage with a turntable. Upper floors include training and cafe. RTU install was complex due to layout and concurrent solar work.
