This new tilt-up warehouse features a gas management system integrated beneath the slab, designed to collect and safely vent flammable gases outside the building footprint.
Project Scope
Cold Storage
The fit-out included 30,000 sf of cold storage at 28°F with mud slab, underslab insulation, column thermal breaks, and a repoured finish slab, plus 30’ IMP ceilings and walls. Another 32,000 sf of coolers at 34°F featured the same IMP construction. Additional areas include restrooms, break room, locker room, production lines, ventilation, and dry storage.
Site Work
Work included extensive site development, including erosion control, stormwater management, irrigation, hardscaping, and landscaping.
