Ground-Up & Fit-Outs
The project included demolition, remodels, white box and outparcel construction, and tenant fit-outs. A contemporary-style open-air outdoor lifestyle center was part of the scope.
Tenant Mix
The development features a variety of tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, L.L. Bean, Sephora, J.Crew Factory, Old Navy, Panera Bread, 110 Grill, Petco, The Vitamin Shoppe, Evviva Trattoria, and T-Mobile.
