Project Scope

Ground-up
These projects included ground-up facilities ranging from single-story buildings to a three-story facility. Structures were built using a mix of cast-in-place concrete foundations, CMU, structural steel, and metal stud framing, with exterior systems including metal panels, split-face block, and EIFS.
Climate-Controlled
All facilities are climate-controlled and feature a wide range of unit sizes with select drive-up access. Interior scopes included MEP systems, partitions, doors and hardware, and finishes.
Renovation
The renovation project consisted of a historic mixed-use building converted into a storage facility with 1,045 lockers. Work included demo, security upgrades, interior build-out, MEP/HVAC improvements, an RTU, and loading dock repairs.
