Project Scope

Ground-Up
This project consisted of a new single-story storage structure on an existing active Extra Space site. The building consists of a cast-in-place concrete foundation with structural metal stud wall framing, and a metal panel roof. The scope included metal panels, finishes, and associated MEPs.
Climate-Controlled
The climate-controlled self-storage building includes 216 lockers ranging in size from 5x5 to 10x30, with some units offering drive-up access.
Site Work
Site work consisted of selective demolition, grading, irrigation system, utilities, landscaping, and additional trees.
