The scope included the demolition of the South Tower, one of the hotel’s two existing buildings, along with major upgrades to the exterior facade.
Amenity Upgrades
Interior work was completed in the guest rooms, the lobby, front desk area, banquet and meeting spaces, restaurant and lounge, and indoor pool.
