West Virginia University Puskar Training Room

This renovation expanded the football training room with a new basement build-out and hydrotherapy area featuring three pools, a 30’ stone water wall, color-changing lighting, and frameless glass divider. Additional work included cabinets and training tables by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.

Chartiers Valley High School

This project involved an addition and renovation executed in phases to ensure student occupancy. Work included demo, a new four-story academic tower, three-story atrium, technical arts wing, and upgrades to the performing arts center, HVAC, plumbing, pool, and locker rooms.

Big Blue Swim School

These projects consisted of one new shell and (3) interior fit-outs. The shell included site work, CMU and steel structure, EIFS, TPO roof, and wave-inspired signage. Interior work featured a custom pool with mechanical systems, restrooms, reception, finishes, and MEPs.

Albion at Morrow Park Apartments

This ground-up wood-framed six-story apartment features a secant pile foundation and includes 215 units with two levels of below-grade parking. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, and courtyard. Custom millwork was provided by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.

3 Crossings The Yards Apartments

This new wood-framed luxury apartment features 300 units, parking garage, and amenities such as a pet wash, pool, club room, fire pit, riverfront trail access, and fitness center. Prefab walls supported speed and quality. The project earned LEED Gold and WELL Health-Safety ratings.

Doubletree Hotel

This interior and exterior renovation involved a complete refresh of a 15-story, 191-room hotel. The scope included the demo of the South Tower and major upgrades to the facade. Interior work was completed in the guest rooms, lobby, banquet spaces, restaurant, and indoor pool.

The Ashby Apartments South Hills Village

Rycon was the design-builder for this development featuring 300 units across four four-story wood-framed buildings with subsurface parking for 25 vehicles. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, clubroom, and business center. The project included an open-air pedestrian bridge.

Fairfield Inn & TownePlace Suites by Marriott

This five-story wood-frame hotel sits on a concrete slab with masonry and EIFS facade and includes 147 guestrooms. Amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool, bar, and buffet. Site work involved utilities, grading, duct bank relocation, outdoor patio, sidewalks, and parking lot paving.
