The back-of-house scope included a chef-quality kitchen with epoxy flooring and coordination for kitchen equipment installation.
Infrastructure
Work included concrete reinforcement, roof repairs, interior millwork, doors/frames/hardware, light gauge metal framing, drywall, FRP, ACT, flooring, paint, wall coverings, polished concrete, operable partitions, and full MEP and HVAC systems.
