Project Scope

Tilt-Up
These new spec tilt-wall industrial warehouses have a gas management system incorporated in their building pad. In most cases the tilt-up panels consist of 27’ wide and a thickness ranging from 6” (ramp panels) to 9¼” (wall panels) for the single-level concrete and steel warehouses.
Cold Storage
Building E was built out for a food corporation with a 40,500 sf freezer, 12,200 sf cooler, dual refrigeration systems, offices with trucker amenities, and a refrigerated dock with 11 insulated doors. The cold areas feature 30’ ceilings.
Site Work
A new park entrance consisting of all landscaping, monumental sign, 40’ concrete curved wall, and electrical was completed.
