The project involved the construction of a new 6,100 sf equipment rental facility on a 3.48-acre site. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) featuring a standing seam roof, four overhead doors, and an aluminum storefront.
Project Scope
Repair Shop
The facility is designed to accommodate heavy equipment rentals, with spaces dedicated for a wash bay, a repair shop, and office. The repair shop includes exposed concrete slabs, exhaust fans, and an eye wash station with epoxy flooring.
Site Work
Site work included an infiltration basin, 500-gallon diesel fuel tank, chain-link fence, bollards, a transformer, 10 equipment charging stations, heavy-duty concrete pavement, a parking lot, and utilities.
