Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder for the tenant improvement of a package distribution facility. The space holds packaging and sorting conveyor lines, 74 dock doors, four (4) overhead drive-in doors, and offices.
Project Scope
MEP Improvements
Work included shell modifications, upgrades of MEP systems, fire alarm, CO2 detection and abatement system, and MHU electrical service. Interior work included (3) new offices with restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and IT data center.
Dock & Parking Upgrades
Exterior improvements consisted of new dock doors, bollards, fencing, and parking for 627 standard vehicles, 161 trailer spaces, and 66 delivery van spaces.
