Renovation
This project consisted of upgrades to the common areas on the first and second floors of this 18-story apartment building.
Project Scope
Common Areas
First floor work included selective demo, upgrades to the leasing office and elevator lobby, mailroom expansion, and new finishes and lighting. On the second floor, improvements included entrance enhancements to the multipurpose room, fitness center upgrades, and updates to lighting and finishes.
Fireplace
A built-in entertainment wall with TVs and a fireplace was added to elevating the overall look of the multipurpose space.
