EASRCC’s Local #432 added a 6,000 sf ground-up conferencing center surrounded by a multi-story glass atrium. The structure features deep foundations, steel framing, and exposed glulam wood beams and lock-deck timber decking.

Renovation
The 22,000 sf renovation of the existing admin building included upgrades across three levels, featuring new offices, a full-service kitchen, and updated mechanical systems.
Occupied Site
To maintain functionality, work was phased while the building remained occupied. A strategic plan minimized disruption by relocating staff within the space as construction progressed.
