Adaptive Reuse
This adaptive reuse project transformed an existing retail space into a new medical plasma donation center featuring phlebotomy donor areas, bathrooms, breakroom, dry storage, reception, training/conference rooms, and offices.
Project Scope
Demolition
The interior was demolished to bare slab and studs, prepped, and cleaned. The existing slab was trenched/removed for new plumbing lines and new column footings. A reinforced slab was installed for a new cold storage freezer.
Storefront Upgrades
The entrance received new storefront and EIFS.
