The terminal spans 845,000 sf and includes airline operations, ticketing, baggage claim, security, and concessions. A five-level garage offers 4,300 spaces, with additional surface parking for 2,700 vehicles. Rycon also completed a 28,800 sf airline fit-out for 10 carriers.

Rycon constructed new buildings within Oxford’s expansive mixed-use development. Projects included flex office buildings, enclosed parking garages, a 300-unit luxury apartment complex, new roads, and plazas. An adaptive reuse project converted a three-bay warehouse into two three-story office buildings centered around an open-air courtyard. Rycon also delivered a new six-story office building with subgrade parking and an open plaza. Additional work included tenant fit-outs and renovations. All buildings received LEED Silver or Gold Certifications and Rycon self-performed concrete and architectural woodwork.

This new LEED Certified multipurpose building was delivered using IPD and includes a dining hall, retail concepts, BOH, test kitchen, classrooms, and emergency response center. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated architectural millwork throughout the space.

This LEED Silver project included a 25,500 sf renovation and 23,100 sf expansion. The building remained operational, with phased work including demo, system rerouting, new construction, and interior upgrades featuring classrooms, study areas, offices, art galleries, and a rare book collection.

Rycon was selected to build or renovate Chase Bank branches across the eastern United States.

Rycon delivered this new LEED Certified building using a fast-track, design-build approach. The building holds data storage, networking capabilities, and a parking garage. The site features anti-climb steel fence with CCTV’s, and a robust security system.

This three-story vertical expansion atop an active parking garage expanded the cardiology program. Work included a skywalk, structural reinforcement, chiller install, CICU renovations, and ICRA protocols to maintain operations. Spaces feature cath labs, MRI, recovery bays, and support.

This LEED Certified fit-out includes locker rooms with showers, exercise area, group fitness room, and yoga studio. The BOH features laundry, new RTU, and acoustical treatments for soundproofing. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated cabinetry and reclaimed wood accent walls.

This LEED Certified, build-to-suit cold storage facility includes 87,000 sf of cooler/freezer space, offices, and cross-docking. Delivered via design-assist, it features tilt-up concrete and steel construction, gas management under slab, 36’ clear height, ESFR fire protection, and full site prep.
