Saint Sebastian Parish

Rycon completed improvements at this Roman Catholic Church. Work consisted of a narthex addition and renovation. The expanded lobby features 28-foot ceilings, and LED lighting was installed. Other scope included site work, parking lot upgrades, and a new elevator tower.

St. Vincent College Latimer library

This LEED Silver project included a 25,500 sf renovation and 23,100 sf expansion. The building remained operational, with phased work including demo, system rerouting, new construction, and interior upgrades featuring classrooms, study areas, offices, art galleries, and a rare book collection.

Urban Impact Foundation Dormitory

This three-story renovation for a non-profit ministry included apartments, bunks, restrooms, and shared space. The building remained partially occupied during construction. Work included glass curtainwall, elevator addition, HVAC upgrades, and exterior improvements.

Capuchin Friary

This new friary includes 12 one-bedroom apartments for retired friars and a private chapel. Shared living spaces, a parish hall, food pantry, and garage span the three floors. Rycon self-performed 35% of the work, including concrete, framing, roofing, drywall, carpentry, and casework.

Franciscan University of Steubenville Academic Building

Christ the Teacher is a new academic and event facility built with structural steel, masonry, curtainwall, and independent mechanical systems. Key features include nursing SIM and engineering labs, lecture hall, chapel, event space, commercial kitchen, and exterior plaza.

Light of Life Rescue Mission Ridge Place

This non-profit facility supports families recovering from poverty or addiction. Work included adding an 11,500 sf third-story shell, two elevator shafts, exterior restoration, electrical upgrades, and site improvements including fencing, sidewalks, ramps, and landscaping.
