Century Federal Credit Union Renovations

These renovations included selective demo, wall framing, and MEP upgrades. The spaces feature ATM vestibules, customer areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms. Rycon’s Craftworks USA provided custom casework and millwork including desks and mural wall.

Financial Office 11 Stanwix 16th Floor

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management for a fast-tracked fit-out in an occupied high-rise. Work included interior upgrades, MEP modifications, and coordination of the Teknion Tek Vue glass wall system. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated custom millwork.

32-Story High-Rise Renovation

This phased renovation modernized an occupied high-rise. Off-hours lobby work maintained access. Each floor received asbestos abatement, restrooms, A/V equipment, and collaborative space. Core/shell work included transformers, generator, bus duct, and MEP systems.

PNC Bank Lee’s Summit

This LEED Certified branch included steel joists, CMU walls, aluminum storefront, facade systems, and infrastructure. It features collaborative spaces, flex office, work rooms, break room, restrooms, and lobby. Site work covered utilities, concrete, transformer pad, bollards, and landscaping.

Financial Office & Call Center

This adaptive reuse converted a five-story retail building into a six-floor office. The fast-track project included cost savings. Its downtown location required coordination for exterior work. A waterless fire suppression system protects IT areas, and sustainable features earned LEED Gold.

Chase Bank Jerome Village

This project involved construction of a new 3,500 sf freestanding, LEED Certified branch with structural steel framing, a masonry-and-panel exterior, and full interior build-out including a lobby, offices, and 24-hour ATM. Site work included utilities, paving, and landscaping.

This first generation fit-out consisted of selective demo, drywall/framing, MEP modifications, and new finishes. The space holds offices, conference rooms, mother’s room, reception, break room/kitchen, and huddle rooms. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated custom architectural millwork.
