Arizona State University Dining Renovations

Renovations were completed across six dining spaces, with five at Memorial Union and one at Armstrong Hall, all running concurrently during summer break. The scope of work included new finishes, back-of-house upgrades, and coordination of kitchen equipment installation.

Penn State University Altoona Oak Residence Hall Restrooms

The project upgraded six restrooms across two floors with accessible pod-style bathrooms. Renovations addressed hazardous materials, improved mechanical systems, and added rooftop air units. Precon services were provided and work was completed on a fast-track summer schedule.

University of Kentucky The 90

This new LEED Certified multipurpose building was delivered using IPD and includes a dining hall, retail concepts, BOH, test kitchen, classrooms, and emergency response center. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated architectural millwork throughout the space.

Georgian Court University Maria Hall Dorm

This rehab modernized a residence hall with (3) floors of dorms and a basement lounge through abatement, demo, and building system refinements. The project included HVAC, MEP, and elevator upgrades. Work was completed on a fast-track schedule during summer break.

University of Kentucky Bowman’s Den

This new PEMB serves as a temporary bookstore and dining facility with offices and dining including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Subway, and Greens to Go, all supported by back-of-house kitchens. Work required logistical plans to protect the tree-lined surroundings.

Five Iron Golf Three Logan Square

This adaptive reuse project transformed a former bank into an entertainment facility with an occupied high-rise. Work included demo, construction of five simulator bays, MEP systems, restrooms, vault infill, finishes, and coordination of A/V and kitchen equipment.

James Madison University D-Hub Dining Hall

This modular tensioned fabric building was erected for temp food service operations, with Rycon as CM overseeing the entire build. Modular kitchen units are connected onsite to form a large commercial kitchen. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated wood accents, countertops, and serving lines.

Medina County Career Center (MCCC) Construction Trades Academy Building 2

This new structure features strip and spread footings, concrete slab, steel, CMU walls, galvanized HSS screen walls, and TPO roof with HVAC and electrical labs, and a mezzanine for classrooms and restrooms. Site work included utilities, grading, pad, and covered sidewalk.
