Pittsburgh Int’l Airport Multi-Modal Complex

The terminal spans 845,000 sf and includes airline operations, ticketing, baggage claim, security, and concessions. A five-level garage offers 4,300 spaces, with additional surface parking for 2,700 vehicles. Rycon also completed a 28,800 sf airline fit-out for 10 carriers.

Tampa, FL

HCAA GA Security Upgrades VDF, TPF & PCM

Security upgrades were made at Tampa Executive (VDF), Peter O. Knight (TPF) and Plant City (PCM) including access control systems, CCTV replacements, fencing, gates, and infrastructure improvements. Work at all three airports was done mostly simultaneously for efficient execution.

Tallahassee Int’l Airport Rental Car QTA

This two-phase project included Quick Turnaround (QTA) facilities for rental car companies with three buildings for vehicle washing, fueling, and maintenance. Each building features concrete and steel. Site work added fuel systems, canopies, secure fencing, paving, and landscaping.

Seattle-Tacoma Int’l Airport Delta Cargo Restrooms

This project involved a refresh of men’s and women’s restrooms and locker rooms. Work included selective demolition, plumbing and electrical modifications, and installation of new fixtures, lockers, ceilings, lighting, fire sprinkler components, wall base, and finish repairs.

Sarasota Bradenton Int’l Airport GA FIS

This new GA Federal Inspection Station includes a Customs & Border Protection facility with reinforced masonry walls, structural steel framing, and interior fit-out. Work included HVAC, electrical with emergency backup, low-voltage security, life safety systems, and site development.
